How much money is needed to start working with PW Connect?

  • Working for PW Connect, you are an Independent Contractor, therefore, we do not provide any benefits or equipment.

  • Background Checks are a one-time $30 fee (paid directly to through the platform) and it is valid for 3 years.

  • You are responsible for having your own equipment (laptop, headset, strong internet) and financing is avaiable if needed.

What will be my job title within PW Connect?

You will be a Customer Service Agent servicing different clients with their customers & clientele. Jobs will be available such as, inbound calling, outbound calling, roadside assistance, billing accounts, medical accounts, & more.

After being hired, are there anymore fees that I am responsible for?

  • PW Connect will have a flat rate fee that will be discussed upon hire with each agent. We pay the contractor (you) around the 1st and 15th of each month.

  • The reason the agent has this fee is because PW Connect has business expenses such as bank fees (to ensure you have a smooth payroll system), software fees, & more. We charge these fees to ensure that our call center is ran smoothly for our agents as well as our customers.
